Leveraging over 20 years of clinical experience and innovation, Spineology introduces the OptiMesh Next Generation Procedural Solution. Through focused development of the unique OptiMesh portfolio, Spineology is dedicated to improving procedural efficiency, biological performance, and the surgeon experience.

Access

OptiMesh® Navigation

  • OptiMesh Navigation increases procedural reproducibility in both trans-Kambin and transforaminal approaches.
  • Improves intraoperative efficiencies by simplifying OptiMesh Portal placement.
  • Includes navigated, neuromonitoring-enabled Targeting Dilator and OptiMesh Portal compatibility.
  • Combination of OptiMesh and StealthStation™ Navigation is unique in design and FDA clearance.

Biologics

Incite™ Fibers

Incite Cortical Fibers and Incite Flow are versatile bone grafting solutions designed to support the fusion environment as a sentinel bone graft option.

Up to 20° lordotic range

Alignment

OptiMesh® Align

  • OptiMesh Align introduces real time, in situ, independent control of anterior and posterior expansion designed to achieve a customized lordotic shape for each patient.
  • Lowest insertion profile (6.6mm) and one of the broadest expansion ranges of any expandable interbody implant.
  • Continuous expansion of height (0-20mm), width (0-29mm), and lordotic shape (0-20º).
  • Independent, in situ control of anterior and posterior height designed to provide intraoperative corrective capability.

Fusion

OptiMesh® HA Nano

  • OptiMesh HA Nano’s well-studied, advanced surface technology is designed to promote faster osseointegration at the surface level, fostering superior bone-to-implant integration.
  • Ultra Hydrophilic – Facilitates the adsorption and absorption of growth factors into every pore of the implant’s surface.
  • Rapid Cellular Activity  Improved osteoblast morphology and cellular attachment expedite new bone formation.
  • Accelerated Osseointegration – Designed to improve bone-to-implant integration with an increased rate of bone formation and retention.

Referenced effects are based on the presence of the HA Nano surface treatment as confirmed by various studies. Studies may have been performed on different base materials than OptiMesh.

"OptiMesh Next Generation Procedural Solution is a purpose-built system: small access footprint, proceduralized workflow, and an expandable, HA Nano-coated implant that delivers alignment correction and a fusion environment I’d put up against any open construct. The result is predictable cases, faster recovery, and outcomes that demonstrate the value of the Next Generation of OptiMesh.“
